A large group of us booked the weekend at Edgewater Park in Kearney Ontario. This cottage resort is on Sand Lake. It took about 3 hours to get there from Peterborough. Enjoy the pictures!

Ennismore and Selwyn Real Estate Market in a Snapshot for 2014

I finished 2014's Real Estate Market scratching my head a bit. It seems to me the months that I should have been very busy I was very slow and the slow months were the busy months. I do wonder how much the 2013/2014 winter played into those factors.

Over all I would say the year was successful for myself and the market in whole.

Listings (inventory) is extremely low right now. Most current listings that have been around for a while so imagine the excitement that is caused when a new listing hits the market. It is craziness!
