As a result of your support, Zoocasa has grown into a unique business in a traditional space. Although we have had great success, we have made the difficult decision to close down our business. 

If you have entered into a Zoocasa Customer Rebate Agreement, this email is notice of termination of such Customer Rebate Agreement effective June 22, 2015. Zoocasa will honor rebates for transactions that go firm (no conditions) on or before June 22, 2015.  Your deal can close any time before or after June 22, 2015 and you will still qualify for the rebate, as long as your deal was firm, and we receive the paperwork, on or before June 22, 2015. 

After June 22, 2015, the brokerage will cease to be registered and will be prohibited from trading in real estate as a brokerage.

Selwyn Fire Department Receives Training Grant of $5000

The Fire Marshal's Public Fire Safety Council and Enbridge Gas Distribution announced Selwyn Fire Department was one of 20 fire departments to receive a $5000 training credit at the Councils Distribution Centre to purchase fire fighting training materials. The total fund must be used by December 31/2015 or the funds will be directed back to the Council.

The Selwyn Fire Department's FPO, Howard Jinkerson applied for the donation. Great job Howard!

So often in life we set all of these Goals.... but we do not get started as it seems there are just way too many steps.... it seems too overwhelming and out of reach....

Always remember "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step"! The time is going to pass anyways.... start taking your first step now! 

Life is way too short.... it is up to you and only you to make your dreams a reality, the only way that will ever happen is to take that first step.... to start taking action!

 Selwyn Township is looking to acquire approximately 54 acres of land known as 758 Robinson Rd. This property is to be added to the existing Parkland known as Robert E. Young  Recreation Complex. As always, I like to start the week off right with some words of inspiration….. I was online this weekend, saw this photo and wanted to share in hopes it helps inspire you as it did me…..

So often we say to ourselves "Oh once I have x I will start doing……" . What happens when we use that type of language is we never get started and then never accomplish what we know we truly want.

Instead start NOW… start where you are with what you have!  

I recently had a conversation with a Friend…. they wanted to eventually start a business and he kept saying "Once I save x amount of dollars, I can then start this business…"….. I asked him "Why are you not doing things to start it now, why are you not learning what you can for FREE on YouTube… why not start with the less expensive or FREE site and start now, instead of paying all that money to have this new business site and everything designed for you, especially on a product you do not know will succeed...

It boils down to truly just being a limited belief that paralyzes us from taking action and going after what we truly want…. Don't wait… Start Now!

ATV Ride in Kearney Ontario

 

A large group of us booked the weekend at Edgewater Park in Kearney Ontario. This cottage resort is on Sand Lake. It took about 3 hours to get there from Peterborough. Enjoy the pictures!
